What to Expect at Delivery
ZEBRA MATS
Zebra Mats come on a pallet that is 80” Long, 40” Deep, and stacked up to 72” tall. The mats should be completely shrink wrapped, have corner protectors on all four corners, and be banded to the pallet to prevent damage and loss. Most delivery trucks that have a liftgate can lower these pallets to the ground using the liftgate and pallet jack.
Common damage to look for:
- Mats that are not shrink wrapped
- Broken pallets the pallets that are the wrong size for the mats
- Mats that are wet or look greasy or stained
- Missing Corner protectors
- Mats that are not banded to pallet
If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Zebra Mats until you inspect them and reference the instructions for damaged product.
ZEBRA PUZZLE MATS
Zebra Puzzle mats come in heavy duty canvas bags with 5 mats in each bag. These bags are then stacked on a pallet that is typically 48” wide, 40” inches deep, and stacked up to 72” tall. The pallet should then be shrink wrapped completely with and the mats banded to the pallet. Most delivery trucks that have a liftgate can lower these pallets to the ground using the liftgate and pallet jack.
Common damage to look for:
- Mats that are not shrink wrapped
- Mats are not banded to the pallet
- Torn or shredded canvas bags
If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Puzzle Mats until you inspect them and reference the instructions for damaged product.
ZEBRA WALL PADS
Zebra Wall Pads come in heavy duty cardboard boxes with up to three Wall Pads in each box. Inside the box you will find two Wall Pads packaged with wood backing to wood backing, and the third Wall Pad will be wrapped in a thin protective film to avoid the vinyl rubbing during transit. These boxes, when full, should weigh approximately 75 lbs. each.
Boxes are stacked on the pallet in two rows. This pallet will typically be 73” Long, 49” wide, and stacked up to 72” tall. Any corner pads or custom multi dimension pads will be placed on the boxes, without cardboard packaging. The pallet should then be shrink wrapped completely and the boxes banded to the pallet. Most delivery trucks that have a liftgate can lower these pallets to the ground using the liftgate and pallet jack.
If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Wall Pads until you inspect them and reference the instructions for damaged product.
ZEBRA Heavy BAGS
Zebra Heavy Bags come in heavy duty plastic poly bag. Inside the poly bag will be the standard hanging hardware that is included with your purchase. These bags are then stacked on a pallet that is typically 73” long, 49” inches wide, and stacked up to 55” tall. The bags may be stacked in a pyramid pattern or in even tiers with wood in between each layer of Heavy Bags. The pallet should then be shrink wrapped and the bags banded to the pallet. Most delivery trucks that have a liftgate can lower these pallets to the ground using the liftgate and pallet jack.
This is a standard service that Zebra pays for as a courtesy to you. If the delivery agent is not able to provide this service please let us know. The standard delivery includes lowering this pallet to the ground, as close to the door as the track can safely park. Anything additional will cost extra.
Common damage to look for:
- Heavy bags that are not wrapped in plastic
- Heavy bags that are not shrink wrapped
- Heavy Bags that are not banded to pallet
- Torn or shredded poly bags
- Grease or markings on the Heavy Bags
- Punctures or tears to the Heavy Bag
If you see any of these things, DO NOT SIGN for the Heavy Bags until you inspect them and reference the instructions for damaged product.
